With those 5 businesses linked to a nightclub, your nightclub will make about 800-900k every 24 hours if you AFK, along with all your other passive income. You can also link your meth and counterfeit cash businesses into the nightclub when you have them. You can AFK to maximise nightclub profits. This will mean you have 3 businesses linked into it, (Cargo, weapons and coke) and it will start producing stock right away. If you can afford it, I'd get the nightclub (plus upgrades) as soon as you have your first MC business. Your objective is to get a nightclub plus upgrades, so you can link all your businesses into it. Make sure you have money to fully upgrade them too. Buy the businesses out in the desert, because you will want to sell your product to the city (for max profit) and the sale missions from desert to city are slightly easier than city to desert because the drops are usually a bit closer together. Buy them in this order: Cocaine, meth, counterfeit cash. MC sale missions absolutely suck, but they are invaluable as a source of income and I promise, you won't have to do them forever. When you start seeing more cash rolling in, I'd invest in MC businesses. Try and get one when it's on sale if possible.

A buzzard will speed up your crate runs immensely. Personally I would say you'd have been better with a vehicle warehouse, but a crate warehouse will work too. You will need to grind crates for a while. Either way, get it moved ASAP, and upgrade it fully. Chumash is cheaper, and I personally prefer it's location over Farmhouse, but others will say Farmhouse is better. So from a solo point of view, definitely move your bunker, Farmhouse and Chumash are both good.
